Each person may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts for the same individual is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, ba889 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending winnings.
2.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials — username and password — completely confidential. Report any unauthorized access to your account to the ba889 support team immediately. ba889 is not liable for any loss arising from misuse of your account.
2.3 Identity Verification
ba889 may request a national ID card, passport, or other documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be held until the verification process is complete.
3 Age Verification & Eligibility
ba889 is for users aged 21 and above only. By creating an account on the platform, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Terms
Funds can be deposited on ba889 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method.
- Only use a payment method registered in your own name.
- Deposits through third parties are prohibited.
- After a deposit, your balance is updated immediately in the ba889 system.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. A successful withdrawal generally takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours to complete. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

5 Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
ba889 offers new members a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount applies before the bonus can be withdrawn.
- Example: ৳1,000 deposit → bonus ৳1,500 → total balance ৳2,500
- Example: ৳28,000 deposit → bonus ৳20,000 (maximum) → total balance ৳48,000
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- After receiving a bonus, the bonus balance is used first in your account.
- If the wagering requirement is not met within 30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.
- Participating in one bonus offer means no other bonus applies at the same time.
- ba889 reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.
- If bonus abuse is found, ba889 may forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.
5.3 VIP Program
ba889's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier. Specific terms for VIP benefits and rewards apply separately.
6 Gaming Rules
All games on ba889 are operated through accredited software providers. All outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fairness.
6.1 Betting Limits
Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are clearly displayed in the game interface. Some games may have betting limits when playing with a bonus balance.
6.2 Technical Errors
If a technical error or system failure occurs in any game, ba889 reserves the right to void that round and refund the wagered amount. Any abnormal winnings resulting from an error will not be honoured.
6.3 Sports Betting
Odds displayed in the sports betting section may change. The odds shown at the time a bet is confirmed will be considered final. If a match is cancelled, the stake for that event will be refunded.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are completely prohibited on the ba889 platform:
- Creating or using multiple accounts.
- Bonus abuse — claiming bonuses under multiple identities.
- Attempting to influence game outcomes through fraudulent means.
- Using software bots or automated programs.
- Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
- Gambling using funds from third parties.
- Misconduct or making threats toward ba889 staff.
- Arranging mutual betting with other users ("match fixing").
8 Account Closure & Suspension
8.1 Closure at the User's Request
You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. If any bonus wagering requirements are unmet at the time of the closure request, that bonus balance will be cancelled. However, your original deposited funds and any real winnings already earned will be returned.
8.2 Suspension or Closure by ba889
ba889 may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of these Terms.
- Failure to provide identity verification documents.
- Evidence of fraud or suspicious activity.
- An order from a court or regulatory authority.
8.3 Self-Exclusion

9 Limitation of Liability
